SLS

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a laser as the power to sinter powedered material (typically nylon or polyamide), laser sintering of polyamide powders guarantees the highest durability and repeatable of serially produced elements,aiming the laser automatically at points in space defined by a 3D model,binding the material together to create a solid structure.
SLS technology does not require the use of supports-the models created are supported by powder excess surrounding the printout.This allows the printing more complex geometries than other 3D printing methods.
SLS operation principle is powder sintering with the help of infrared laser in elevated temperature which helps the grains of the powder to consolidate before being bound with the laser beam.
The advantage is fast making and high precision.Functional integration and adaptations can be directly designed into the product,reducing the number of development cycles and allowing a product to be produced quickly at a reduced cost.
